PASSPORT
All travelers must have a valid passport that will remain valid for six months beyond the completion of their trip.

Visas
All foreign nationals require visas for India. Indian visas cannot be issued on arrival.

You must obtain multiple entry visas, if entering India more than once during your tour.

Nepal All foreign national require visas for Nepal.

Additional Permits – To visit certain destinations in India you need additional permits like – Fe laces of North – East States, Andman Nikobar, Lakshadweep, Ladakh and more. Check with us or embassy while making your plans. 

CLIMATE
It plays key role to decide your trip when to visit India. Normally there are three seasons Winter, Sumer and Monsoon (Wet), each of which can vary in level and duration from North to South.
Plans & Beaches – best time to visit during winter from October to March
Hills – best time to visit from October to June (of coming year).  

HEALTH INFORMATION
Consult your Doctor before your departure and don’t forget your important/recommended medicines. Make sure to obtain all recommended inoculations and follow all medical advices.   

No vaccinations are currently required for entry into India when arrives directly from North America or Asian or European countries.

ARRIVALS
At most of international arrivals, there are meet & greet places if our representative is scheduled to meet you on arrival, you will be met immediately after you have passed through the airport's secured passenger areas.
Some times, airports in India are occasionally put on short-notice, high-security alerts; and, at these times, passengers can only be met outside of the airport building.

FLIGHTS RECONFIRMATION
On arrival in India, your airline tickets will be collected by your representative for flight reconfirmation. It is essential in India, and failure to do so is likely to result in cancelled reservations.

PHOTOGRAPHY
It is always advisable to take permission before taking photographs of local people, Taking photographs of any official buildings, such as military installations, airports, railway stations, boarder posts or roadblocks are offence.
Always carry your camera in dust-proof bags.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity 220 AC. Can use a universal adaptor.

LANGUAGES
Official language is Hindi. Also English is widely spoken and written at most of the Indian Places.  There are other regional languages as well spoken in different parts of country.

TIPPING
Tipping is not compulsory in India and there are no fixed amounts for the same. You can tip to individuals according to your satisfaction in making your travel more enjoyable.

CURRENCY
The Indian Rupee (Rs).
Credit Card - Most of the hotels and large shops accept credit cards but smaller properties and shops do not accept cards. It is always advisable to change money at banks and hotels and keep your receipts, which is required at the time of your changing the Indian currency to your own currency. Money changers will require your passport details to changes the money.

HOTEL STANDARD
Standard of hotels can vary in same categories depends upon city hotel/ Resorts.

ROOMS
Accommodation in all hotels is in base category rooms unless stated.
Third person share the room on same existing bed double/twin or an extra bed
(Roll away or mattress).

Rooms mentioned as sea/city/pool/garden/mountain/valley view may not fully visible because of some obstruction like tree/building etc. Sometimes it is not possible to confirm the particular view rooms it’s depend upon availability at the time of check in.

CHEK IN & OUT
Normal Check in time at hotels in India is 12 noon to 2 pm and check out time is 11 to 12 noon. At the time of check in hotel may require your credit card imprint or cash to cover your personal extras.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend to get travel insurance.

DO’S & DON’TS
Do carry photocopies of your all travel documents besides the originals, a list of credit cards you are carrying. Remember to keep the copies separate from the originals.
